When is my date reserved?

Only after proposal approval, contract signature and confirmed deposit.

Can I build my own package?

Yes. Build your package online: choose coverage and add-ons and see the estimate instantly. It is an estimate, not a booking.

Do you work outside Orlando?

Yes. Travel is calculated based on the event location and shown in your proposal.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card on our website and Zelle. Amounts and due dates are shown before signing.

How do I receive my photos?

In a private online gallery, where you view and download your images. Every photo gets standard editing (color, light and crop). The delivery time is listed in each package.

Is the contract signed online?

Yes, through an electronic signature platform. You receive a copy of the signed document.

How many photos will I receive?

All usable images, professionally selected and edited, delivered in a private online gallery. No fixed photo limit. Test shots, duplicates and technically flawed frames are not delivered. Advanced retouching (detailed work on a specific photo) is quoted separately.

What is the difference between a Highlight video and a Full video?

The Highlight video is a 4 to 8 minute production built from short clips of the best moments, edited like a film. The Full video shows the long moments in full, such as the bride's entrance, the complete ceremony including the sermon, the toasts and the dances. If you want to watch those moments from start to finish, the Full video is recommended.
